Decoration is fantastic

The location, really close to Hongqiao railway station to commute.

Room size is good.

Nothing. Location poor. No open bar. Poor gym as in unused bar. No one could speak English and only one small Chinese restaurant. Report on website that this is a premium hotel near the CIFF Exhibition. We had to cancel the reservation and move hotels as it was so bad + I was charged for the night despite not staying. I have requested my money back but have not received any response back from Booking.com
